In 2021 our Start-Up The Nutty Farmer was born. We have developed a range of crispy roasted cashew nuts in 4 adventurous flavors. 100% fairtrade and handmade on our farm! You can enjoy our nuts as a snack but we have also developed different dishes where you can use them as an ingredient. So, our nuts are: - 🖐️ Handmade In Belgium. We do everything by hand and you will taste that in every bite! - 🌎 100 % Fairtrade: The fairtrade system and small initiatives are important because the problems in the cashew industry are similar to the problems in the cocoa industry: child labor, bad working conditions, minimum wages, … Together with fairtrade Belgium and fairtrade Africa, we work directly together with a farmer cooperation in Burkina Faso and we try to guarantee a better life for the farmers & their families. We are farmers ourselves btw! And we even go beyond fairtrade. We have set up a project in Burkina to invest in the building of a water tower that works on solar energy. - 🔥 Adventurous! No boring tastes but deep taste bombs that will take you to a trip around the world!
