Founded in 1979, Euro Company produces, selects, and markets nuts and dried fruits in Godo di Russi, in the heart of Romagna. In these 40 years our community has grown steadily and counts today more than 400 employees, with an average age below 40. Thanks to an almost total presence on the Italian market, every day more than 400,000 consumers buy our products, appreciating their quality and sharing their values. Turned a Benefit Corporation in 2018 and certified B Corporation in 2019, Euro Company makes ethics its central point, also through the four pillars of the concept of Ethical Quality that embrace the entire supply chain: from direct relationship to long-term partnerships with producers, from fair remuneration of growers to sharing equipment and know-how, all in order to obtain high quality raw materials, guarantee of the best possible product for the consumer. Fermentino In Euro Company we believe that products represent the way in which, concretely, we drive our values. The Fermentino project was born in 2015, through a collaboration with the University of Bologna, with the aim of giving our customers innovative products without preservatives, additives, palm, coconut or soy oil. Our goal is to guarantee organic products, 100% plant based and natural, to give consumers a healthy, tasty and genuine product. Today, five years after the start of the project, we are distributed in Italy and in over 10 countries in Europe.

Why buvé? Butter has always been part of european tradition. A noble food, which comes from fine milk, rich in natural essences and aromas of Alpine pastures, woods and lush meadows. A tradition, which with the passage of time has been gradually abandoned in favour of industrial production that has debased its artisanal origins, impoverishing the butter in its its nutritional and aromatic properties. Moreover, the shelf of plant-based alternatives to butter, dominated by margarines, has always followed the same path, with products with very low nutritional values and long ingredient lists - mainly mixes of oils and thickeners. These are not very nutritious and healthy alternatives for our diet. This is why Buvè was born, a new idea of vegetable butter, with an original taste, unique and made with a noble vegetable ingredient: nuts. The first high quality vegetable alternative to butter!
